Welcome to HelpMeV! By using our mobile EV charging services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before accessing or using our service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using HelpMeV services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any other guidelines or policies we may provide. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the service.
2. Description of Service
HelpMeV provides mobile electric vehicle charging services on-demand. Users can request charging services via our app or website, and a mobile charging unit will be dispatched to the specified location. Our services include various charging levels, as available.
3. User Accounts
Eligibility: You must be 16 years or older to create an account and use HelpMeV services.
Account Information: When registering for an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
Account Security: You agree to notify HelpMeV immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
4. Payment and Pricing
Service Charges: By requesting a charging service, you agree to pay the price displayed at the time of your request. Pricing may vary based on location, time of day, and level of charging.
Billing: Payments are processed through the payment method you provide upon account creation. You authorizeHelpMeV to charge your payment method for all applicable fees.
Subscription Plans: HelpMeV may offer subscription plans. If you opt for a subscription, charges will be automatically billed on a recurring basis, as outlined in the plan details. You can cancel your subscription anytime through the app or website.
5. Service Availability
HelpMeV services are currently available in the Bay Area, and we are working to expand to additional regions. While we aim to provide timely services, certain factors beyond our control, such as traffic or technical issues, may affect service availability or response times. We do not guarantee that a charging request will always be fulfilled within a specific time.
6. User Responsibilities
Vehicle Compatibility: You are responsible for ensuring that your electric vehicle is compatible with the charging services we provide.
Location Accuracy: You must provide accurate location details when requesting a charge to ensure proper service delivery.
Respectful Use: You agree not to misuse our services, interfere with the operation of our mobile charging units, or harm our personnel or equipment in any way.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation: You may cancel your request for service at any time before the mobile charging unit arrives at your location. If the unit is en route or has arrived, cancellation fees may apply.
Refunds: Refunds for services are granted at HelpMeV's discretion. If you are unsatisfied with the service or encounter any issues, please contact our customer support for resolution.
8. SMS Notifications
By using HelpMeV's services, you agree to receive SMS notifications regarding updates, reminders, and important information related to your account and service requests. These notifications may include, but are not limited to, appointment confirmations, service updates, promotional messages, and support communications.
You acknowledge that message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier. You can opt out of receiving SMS notifications at any time by following the instructions provided in the messages or by contacting our support team. However, opting out of certain notifications may limit your ability to receive important updates about the services.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HelpMeV will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to damages for loss of data, vehicle damage, or delays in service.
10. Termination of Service
HelpMeV reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at our discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms of Service.
11. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the "Last Updated" date will be revised accordingly. Your continued use of HelpMeV services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
